Here's how the first conversation usually goes.

We read your message before we respond. We come prepared with questions, not assumptions. The goal of the first call is to understand your product, your constraints, and whether there is a fit.

Tell us about your product, where it is in its lifecycle, and what you are trying to solve. The more specific, the better.

We respond within 48 hours

We read every message. If there is a potential fit, we will suggest a time for an initial conversation.

A focused, diagnostic conversation. We come with questions. You come with context. Together we figure out whether and how we can help.

Clarity before commitment

If there is a fit, we will propose the right entry point: whether that is a Product Clarity sprint, a build engagement, or something in between.
